She wants to marry Dorian for his looks and money. Dorian wants to marry her for her beauty and acting. Both Dorian and Sibyl used each other to get what they want. So the lack of teachers would make a huge impact on the students life and future. Urban schools are usually larger in size and they particularly have the resources and facilities that the rural area tends to lack. In Urban areas where the population is high and extremely populated, most people intend to apply for jobs where they can get a good salary.
